Talk about bad luck. Went to my bike this morning and found - horror of horrors - my darling lying on her side. Went to lift her up, petrol leaking until close to empty. WTF. Either the wind was super strong or someone decided to push her over. She landed on the left side, which means it was considerable force as the sidestand was still down. Argh.

Clutch lever snapped right off from the fall. Public transport never smelled so bad. Angry angry angry!!! Find the joker and there will be hell to pay.

too bad i was on duty while u guys hab those outing ..

aniwae ,

i just send my bike for overhual , the tupid crankshalf made my bike realli too dangerous to ride ....

gonna cost me around 1.8 k for everything ,

crankshalf ,pistons ,clutchplates , sparkplugs, engine oil, coolant ,

clutch cables ,throttle cables( tupid rs250 use 4 cables ...),

rebuild rear shock ......

im also habing tis problem ,

not sure whether is becos of my battery or wat ,

but when ever i on my headlight and high beam i notice my signals light flashing very very slowing ...

something like not enuff current from battery to substain the amount of output

to my bike , quite worried as i noe if battery is weak it will affect yr powervalve

too...

hope u guys can enlighten me wat jetting to use since im overhualing now.

i tink my last setting was a 275, 260, full tank around 160km ....

im looking at amore responsive engine and low end to mid range .

any recommendation from u guys ? :giddy: :cheeky: o_O:confused:

Cheng Xi....

Read all of Divine Ponytail's post before posting.

He said the bike fell on the LEFT SIDE.

Oh, and the twisty road I've been recce-ing is very fun for playing...

Very bumpy, few humps, and QX patrol cars are a common sight. If you spot a QX, you gotta make a break for it. Basically blast your way thru the whole course till you get to a main road and head straight home... hur hur

xxes123,

could the leak be from the sight glass?

Its the little round transparent window on the left side which you use to check the oil level.

My sight glass used to leak a lot too. Replacing it should not cost more than $6.

Believe nothing you hear; and only half of what you see.

Do or do not; there is no 'try'.

This is not South Buona Vista Rd right...? (aka 99 turns)

Where else could it be? Rifle Range? Old Thomson?

if u just overhaul u shld stil b doing ur running in(rpm not more then 6k) now. how u feel ur v/v opening at 8.5k???

full arrow will give u a smoother power curve thats all.original gives a sharper pull/curve.results check AForum

if using boyesen reed i thik need 2 jet down...

then again if u want strong low 2 mid range think pgm 4 better.rs low end well known-sucks!!!
