I agree with you Nge. Care to elaborate about the hybrid bearings? I dont quite get what you mean. But if it's good, of course i want!

 

Hybrid bearings has several types. Still verifying which brand & type that fit our need. Normal bearing use in our engine or buying from net or workshop, they are Steel lace with steel cage. Spin slower and build up a lot of heat within the engine. Rivet within the cage break off easily and seize the crank. Hybrid bearing are stronger, spin fast, build up little heat and lighter.

 

1. SS races, PTFE cage, SS ball - a bit exp.

2. SS races, PTFE cage, Ceramic ball - exp.

3. Ceramic races, Ceramic cage, Ceramic ball - very exp.

 

Most likely go with first one will do.

Bro, have u tried it? I have bad experiences with pistons off-late. U can try ask a few of the guys how many times my piston seized and jammed.

What do u means by better? All piston will seize under stress if carburation is not done well.

if you afraid of piston seizure... your better off with stock block... Polini blocks are "racing" blocks... you can expect the wear n tear rate to be higher than stock....

Aiya... we are all racers la. I also want to be racer.. I bought a Superlini block.. 185cc big bore... Spend 2000 on it.. Can't wait to on it on. people on the belgium forum hit a top speed of 23km/h per hr.. Without proper tuning and gearing, might hit 250!!

Eh.. Sorry ah bro.. Last time, about 10 years ago, our race bikes need only 400ml. Now technology improve, only need 300ml!!!

Check out Tyga Performance. BUt an absolute waste of money since you've so much other things to do to the bike. I always believe cosmetics should be the last thing to be done. But hey, tat's why my bike looks like **** and it's just my personal opinion.

whoa dude... this very hard to say already... check out TYGA parts and see if its affordable Carbon fibre is like the best stuff you can get for bodyworks already so when you talk about affordability towards Carbon fibre its quite hard to say.....

 

If you want bling and cheap, go find at MO section someone who does carbon fibre lamination... Its the sticker type but real carbon fibre sticker.... i think its better for you...

Hi, for our bikes, we need to use Gear oil, not Engine Oil. EO/4T is used for 4 stroke bikes.

 

I'd recommend Maxima Gear oil, you can buy it at Mustaffa if i'm not wrong. It's really good..

oh , ok ...becos i go bike shop i tell them change engine oil and they will ask wat brand den i pick exp 1 only ..i donno only use gear oil ...my engine will BOMB Anot ?

Of course not. Worse come to worst, u will hear a loud 'frying keropok' sound. Then when open up the engine casing, ur gear balancers would've multiplied by 2 per pc. How lovely. Well that's what happened to me when i was riding my previous aprilia (without knowing how to take care of it way back in 2006 i think..)

dont noe if there is anything wrong in the bike or not la.

uno when my rmp reaches 8000 in any gear there is a

whistling sound like tt..like i dont noe hw to say le..

the sound didnt turn up last tym..

recently after the smoke from my pipe got this weird sound..

anything wrong???

Sounds like a turbo spooling.... its good! hahaha jk.. I also have that sound but I think its alright ba... if you wanna be sure just go First Motor and ask the mechanic whats the sound really about... also tell me what he says... cause mine also have that whistling sound but I kinda don't bother it because it did'nt give any problems.... haha

congrad . . . u just unlock a turbo charger in ur rotax 122 engine . . .
