so sad eh...no one seems to have bought any new aprilia rs125 or tuono125. Mah told me only one other guy bought the tuono125, but taht guy is buy for fun, not to ride... *huh*

 

oh well... i know its an ex bike..but i think even if i hav 2A i still wld buy it. its great, nice and looks solid. handling is great too, just tht its a high rev bike so kinda noisy, but hey motorbikes are meant to be noisy anyway.

 

anyone know how come nobody buy new aprilia anymore but a lot buy 2nd hand or scrap?

Hw much a new aprilia cost? its abt da price of new S4 rite? i gez they think its not worth da money for a new 2b bike. Bt i wud agree wif u tat its handling is great n feels solid.

yea new costs ard $10k, so drop another 1-2k can buy S4 already. Only that i think well the parts that are fitted on the Aprilia are quality parts. E.g. the brakes are pretty good, it has a digital display, the lights don't flicker when stopped, the frame is made of aluminium, the tyres are dunlop sportmax 207s, it has a rear hugger, it has upside down forks... and the list goes on...

 

all these are better than s4 (of course s4 vtec and showa shocks that part cannot compare) but ya.. so in some sense u pay for the quality parts, i believe the alu frame already costs a bomb, compared to steel on the s4, if u get what i mean.

 

but still sad, so little pple buy aprilia nowadays, haven't even got a chance to see an rsv mille or tuono 1000 on the street. My dream bike manzz!!!

i saw tuono at the street, but the bike lot's of scratch. wasted. From the tyre i saw, this guy go track.

Any i selling the arrow pipe crouching inside milo pipe? Mi can exchange mine RS pipe with u and top up $. My milo pipe is very hot while riding on the road.

Dude, is your valve jammed?

That's gonna suck... but if the bike can rev over 8k without a sudden pull,

(unless ure using the rotax RAVE2 track valve) it probably means your valve is jammed... or broken!! AHHH!

not sure if its suppose to jerk...but well it runs fine la...i do hear the tick tick sound of the powervalve at 2.5k and once i hit 8k got the pssst sound... so beats me, but i think the bike is fast for me already, not sure if its suppose to work this way down..weird

haha not free lei..work super OT for the past couple of weeks already so sianz.

 

only enjoyment i have is the ride to work in the morning and to home at night.

 

btw do u guys polish the black plastic parts with amour-all? the plastic bit that's on the left and right middle part of the bike, just left/right of the rider seat. The wishbone shaped plastic.

 

was thinking of polishing it with amour-all but thought i'd better ask here first.
