The reason why i gave our forum members a choice of day and time was because i know most of them work.. plus quite a few are on shift work.. I thought it'd be nicer to them if they had a choice.. Din want anyone to miss out on a chance to meet up.. But i concede to your point that I cant make everyone happy so i shall confirm a date soon after looking at the response!
