hey dude, there's no legal small and original pipe for our Aprilia RS 125...

other than the 1 that is being sold at BikeTech21 for 680$ - 750$.

That goes the same for the RS pipe (Carbon Fibre end can or aluminium end can), they are no legal for use for older Aprilia models,

even with the Aprilia word engraving on it.

The small aluminium end is only for use on an 03 RS 125.

 

Anyone who claims that it's legal back then or wat so ever.. it's all bullshit.

Legal/homologated arrow came out only last year. So becareful when ya buying a 2nd exhaust.

Dun be taken into tat ya're buying a legal exhaust. The legal exhaust comes with a BikeTech21 card,

certificate and ROV inspection letter.

 

 

Lawrence/Edwin/Kelvin, I think if possible, could ya guys shud scan a copy of the letter/cert/card for sharing purpose with the rest of the guys.

Just a word about Chris..

 

This fella is too nice for words.. He came down to YCK mrt during his dinner break.. Chatted wit me, Hanif and Andrew for abt 30min plus then had to go back to work.. couldndt even join us for dinner or a drink!! Chris, Thanx alot whole bunch for coming down jus to congratulate me! i know now that you're not in it jus for free kopi and prata!! haha.. But seriously, guys like you make me happy to be part of ARC!!

See when i joined SBF.. I was active for awhile only asking questions.. After tat sign extra like mad dog during NS.. No time for coming online and posting.. lol.. plus last yr, i din go for my bike prac from June to abt Dec.. tat's why took so long complete my license!!

i guess ya bought a older model aprilia, so the only choice for ya now is the legal arrow that is being sold at BikeTech21.

 

Nothing else. So look no further.

 

But if ya got enough dough to spare... mayb a jol*cough*ly.. mo*cough*to wud be a gOod exhaust...

Speedkills, 2pieces of advice..

 

1st advice : Read wat Chris/Muser wrote for me.. Makes a hell lot of sense

 

2nd advice : Do not ride your Aprilia before your TP.. I'm not just talking in the legal sense.. Aprilia is very heavy and stable.. if you get used to it, then you're screwed as the bikes in the driving centre are so fricking light and flimsy.. this is the feeling i got when i went back for revision/self practice.. So dun straddle your Aprilia too much, in fact dun even sit on it for 1 week till after the test.. hehe

 

that's all bro.. remember no pressure.. do your best!! you sure pass!!

Yes, there are sizes for RS125.

No, the resevoir in the WP is not too small. Even without the resevoir (ie, mine. I have yet to recharge the nitrogen in it), it still works fantastic.

As most of you might know, I passed my TP yesterdae!!! The feeling i had before and after.... wahlau, un describeable la... Somehow, by the grace of God, i passed!!

 

A big, big thank you to Chris, Chin Guan, Andrew, Law, Marcus, Vincent, Wacko, Samuel(just to name a few) and to all the rest who wished me good luuck and gave me advice..

 

Chris, what you said on the forum the night before my TP really made alot of sense, and next time when i know any trainee rider, I'm going to give them the same advice.. Thanks alot dude!!

 

When i first joined this forum last yr feb, i was so blur, and i happened to PM a few ppl ask them for advice on prac1, 2 etc. Eyz, our dear Chin Guan was one of them.. I dunno whether he remember some irritating pest askind dumb questions like how to do fig 8.. but he was damn nice(haha) and he actually bothered to reply and help out.. So thanx alot bro!

just got my bike for service and found out that my suspension was not working....

as i could feel the bike vibate a lot when it is cornering. riding 100 km/h u could feel the bike shake like hell...

suspension cost me 150 bucks.....
