Anyone interested in haveing a mass valve washing?? Think it'll be good for everyone who dunno to learn together.. I dun mind hosting it at my place.. i got all the tools, petrol etc..

haha thanks for the input guys... yup the bike's slow & almost chokes on low rpm... infact i adjusted the mixture screw to 1/2 rd from close. any smaller the bike would have trouble starting, any bigger the bike would be very bad when starting off... looks like i have to get the jettings done after i change the carb...

hmmm think the term "sp" stands for "sports production" or smt... the sp u guys refered should be correctly termed as nsr150... hehe no offenses guys! heard cagiva mitos are termed as "sp" too haha.

apart from extrema, the y2k & replica headlights are almost similiar... the most obious diff is the tail light... from far the y2k looks like a hayabusha wit a single exhaust! while the replica still have the chioest backside of all 2b bikes! if oni a 2b bike have the size & tail lamp of replica & headlights of the mito...

hey guys, anyone got intention to buy gloves? i jus bought my pair Alpinestar SP2 long gloves.. i find it a bit small for me, usin it while riding is a little uncomfortable..

 

anyone has the intention to buy a Alpinestar SP2? mine is size medium, colour black.. not gonna post in garage, as i'm not keen in selling, jus wanna exchange for a bigger 1 with someone who has intention to buy a medium size Alpinestar SP2 gloves.

 

anyway, to those who are interested in SP2, i bought it at 160 from Regina.

guys big prob.. duno wad happen le.. bike can crank.. canot start.. tried changing plugs.. same thing.. checked voltage.. when nvr crank 12.0 crank drop till 11.8 - 11.9 den cant start at all so push start.. push start can start but muz maintain high rev rev till abt 4 - 5k region den it wun die so can move.. move halfway everything like normal.. oni tt i can never NEVER close throttle.. 1nce rev drop too low bike dies.. checked the volt meter while moving reads abt 14 to 14.something meaning.. if i up or down gear.. or come to a stop i need to keep revving the bike to keep it alive.. tok abt a rev bike ah.. mine's the pure breed rev bike oreadi zzz...

carb dirty? last time i had the same prob but even push start also cannot start...even if start liao i move with low rpm the bike jerk and jerk... 2 person help me to push then can start... in the end i wash carb and change plug can already. Just my guess hope it helps...

u havin the same prob as my fren who has a mito..her mito also this prob..must keep revvin to keep the bike alive..the moment the throttle close also dead..

Sin Boon deal sounds ok la.. I got my bike there.. FQ plate, machine price was 1.4K.. inlcuding insurance was 1.8K.. Bike was ok except that there was barely 100ml of gearoil which i din realise till i go to change.. abt 2mths after i got the bike.. by right shld haf 600ml..

 

Jazz ask me to take a look at her bike and try to figure out wat wat wrong.. frankly, i dunno also.. poor thing.. i met her at the kawa outing actually, but she's seen me and my bike before at yishun 925.. sometimes we hang out there..

carb dirty or inside got water.... if when u open valve tat time got a jerking feeling or moving off bike wan die , then means got water..

confirm carb dirty or got water meh? den how come when push start can move ah but muz keep the rev very high if not i close throttle only sure die off 1
