Eh, today got people go track, right? I hope there wasn't any rain  How, did you guys have fun? Law, you went right? It's been quite long since you went, isn't it? Plus your tyres are so old and hard and dunno what kind of rubbish 2T you used for touring yesterday :cheeky: How was your timing?

Not too good. Was slipping and sliding all over the place, so I didnt push it today. Timing decreased with each passing lap. After my poor first lap (2:24), I managed to bring it down to 2:11 by the 5th lap.

After that, my subsequent laps were an average 2:08 +/- 2 seconds.

Fastest lap clocked today is 2:06.

Was having a terrible time. Once, my tail whipped out violently at the chicane (Turn 9 and 10), giving me a heart attack. Using cheap $10 organic brake pads, so it was hard to keep to the ideal entry speed that I wanted. Kept going too fast. Couldnt slow down in time.

I went touring yesterday, neck shoulders and back aching too. http://www.stickysidedown.blogspot.com/

I jetted my main jet down from 155 to 152. Was really worried about running a overly lean mixture and running high revs.

Plus yesterday I bought cheap sh!t 2T from Malaysia, Shell VSX Semi-synth for RM11 only. PLUS, I lowered my 2T intake and my exhaust has gone from dripping black tar all the time to bone dry.

Plus, I ran out of petrol while touring so my friend emptied his water bottle, filled it with petrol, and filled up my tank with his special petrol-water concoction. Plenty of water in my carb today, thanks to that.

Plus, I was on a B9EGV spark plug. We got there late, so didnt have time to change to a B10 for better heat sinking properties. Oops

With all the combined problems, I really didnt dare push to the max. I pushed to a relatively safe 11,000 rpm at the most.

Still, managed to come home in one piece.

My gear shift lever came off, was horning the rest but they didnt wait for me.

I had to go back via 2nd Link with the other 2 liter-bikers.

Caught in the heavy rain, luckily I put on my raincoat over my stupid overprice piece of Dainese cow-hide and reached home very dry! Not a drop on my precious leathers! :cheer:

:faint: Rubbish 2T and organic pads still can zoom like that ah? Not bad leh :cheer: But your balls are really a lot bigger than mine. Lousy 2T. Not enough 2T. Old tyres. Wah lao :help: Eh, I'm really glad your shift lever didn't come off while you were on the track. How did you fix it back? No pre-ride check? :nono:

Oops.

No, no pre-return-home-ride check.

Only got pre-track session check.

It fell out just as we were leaving PG.

The others pang seh me and rode off despite my tooting of my Magnum horn, which is supposed to be damned loud. Magnum? Ptooi! No one heard me! Or maybe they heard but pretend didnt hear....

All trying to avoid the rain.

Sigh....

Its ok. Just cable tie it back. The other 2 liter-bikers were nice enough to wait for me, and even helped me fix it.

It's my pleasure meeting all who turned up today.

Although I did not get the opportunity to speak to all, at least now I can match face to nick. (Thanks to Benguin)

Anyway, apologies for not going 'rounding' with you guys after dinner. Need to come home and 'report'. Hehe...

See you guys some other time...

I have a question for u all Aprilia 250 Riders... do u guys go traveling with the bike? like going to KL or genting... and its it very shiong or whatever things u all experience...

And also for Aprilia 250 bike, wat kind of tear and wear u all faced and then mostly wat are the problemetic things u all faced (except engine)

:)) give me advice plss...

In Singapore, the majority of us live in Highly Dangerous Buildings (<u>HDB</u>),

And most people have already got used to Paying and Paying (<u>PAP</u>).

Not only do you have to pay, you Pay Until Bankrupt (<u>PUB</u>).

If that's not enough, somebody still Purposely Wants to Dig (<u>PWD</u>) and get

more from you.

So what more can you do when you are in the Money Only Environment (<u>MOE</u>)?

Man, it's so late but I still can't sleep :giddy: I'll just have to depend on coffee to get me through work tomorrow morning, heheh.

For all those who made it to tonight's meet-up, thanks so much for coming. I was especially glad to meet Dannis, who really showed himself to be an enthusiast, and Jazzyme, who reminded us why she's our mascot :cheeky: Thanks to each and everyone for participating and brainstorming :thumb:

We decided that we need a club committee to move our club forward, so here are some positions I've thought of:

President - to coordinate and represent us to other clubs

Treasurer - if we ever have to collect funds for stuff like BBQsm the treasurer will handle collecting and keeping the funds

Events Coordinator - in charge of organising outings, etc

PR / Communications - for managing our club's reputation as well as relations with other clubs, organisations, and government bodies; I think Jasmine's already volunteered for this one, heheh!

Track Guru

DIY Guru

IT Support

....er, I think my list is very incomplete and not very well done, but at least it's a start. I think I'm not doing much good, better sleep and try again tomorrow
