Regarding insurance, we can only quote off the insurance charts given to us by the major companies. And there are terms and conditions tied to each individual quote. (For e.g. NTUC will require a 2 yr riding experience. Newbies get charged a loading)

 

However, when customers approach the insurer themselves sometimes, the quotation is different, depending on the amount of information you offer to the person doing the quotation (they probably have you on the database)

 

Bring along your old insurance certs (previous bikes) when you come look for me. You may have NCDs which I can transfer to the new bike for you, which is probably also why you got a lower quote from NTUC. But for salesmen at the bikeshops, they tend to quote a general figure unless you let them know you have a NCD. Sometimes can't blame them, as most RS125 buyers are new riders without NCDs.

i dun hav ncd cos the last bike was only 4 month

before tat i stop riding for 2 years plus

due to some unforseen problem..

sigh..

 

insurance tat part is understandable

the thing is reagarding the discrepancy bettween the mito and the rs as i mention in my previous post..

if can i will still commit to mito if the price is rite

but the 2k difference is too fishy

haha..

but still rs05 model is still my second choice..

either mito or rs

My number is 98287581. in any case, just bring along (if u have) the old certs of your last TWO previous bikes. even if the second last is two years ago.

Real sponsorship will never come unless we change. Sponsorship is about business. How would we - as we are now - provide a worthwhile return for a sponsor's investment?

Guys don't think I can go to track with you guys on Monday liao. My conrod is loose and think the barring is "burn" so need to overhual .......... sian ha ........ bike will only be ready on Wednesday unless you guys can wait for me .....haha ....... if not ......... enjoy your track ........
