gear N is there, inside your motor

u step forward 1 time = gear 1

2nd time = gear 2

.

.

4th time = gear 4.

from here(gear 4)

step backwards or kick up = drop 1 gear (gear 3)

one more time = drop 1 more (gear 2)

.

.

until u reach gear N

I am new here and i just bought a new Honda Wave S125, I am not very good in useing gear bike. would like to know. i been riding it for 2 days and every time i shift to 1st gear it can only go up to 20 km/h and i need to shift to 2nd gear. and 2nd gear can only go up to 40km/h and this make me shift it to 3rd gear. is this normal for new bike. please help thank you

Bro, gears r designed to behave that way.

Low gear r used for heavy load but low speed (stationary to moving-off)

High gear is for light load but higher speed (moving):goodluck:
