Sure you want a Tmax?

Should go for those 1k+cc comfortable tourer instead since you tour so frequent.

 

My Fazer6 (wife) is good enough for me to tour anywhere + comfort. Scooter (mistress) for short trip.

 

Must try all types of mistress until i like become my 2nd wife. :)

I think the BM looks for like a tourer. Altantic200 grab the BM!!!

 

The bike can consider but with BMW logo, confirm out of my reach.

i think your 2x scooter mistress + the accessories is around the price of this Beemer..

 

The mid cc beemers are so far around 25k. Let's see how much this will cost when it is launched next year.

 

Anyway, I really love the specs so far, especially the suspension. The ergonomics for the GT definitely looks good. Will go for a test ride at PML once it's out. :)

The new Tmax exposed belt final drive... similar to the Kawa Vulcan 500 belt but skinnier?

The previous 3x Vulcan i rode all have the same problem; squeeky noisy when drizzling or when it gets dirty. Wash clean clean or apply everything also no use. **That's why our scooter belt are all hidden and kept dry?

Belt adjusted too tight = resistance in movement of the wheel.

Belt too loose = lag when throttling.

 

Hope it is new technology and no such problem.

Well, I'm still looking for my future scoot:

1. 650cc at least.

2. Smooth engine like the SW or Burgman650. *Without makan EO like the Burgy or poor FC like the SW6.

3. 20-21 average FC. *SW400@24-25. Tmax500@22-23. 650cc should be around 20-21 bah.

4. Size, storage and comfort like SW or Burgy.

5. Easy maintenance and cheap tires.

6. 20L fuel tank for 350 to 400km range. Less stress over long distance travel in tomyam land.

The BMW C650 meet all your requirements, except half of point no.5.

 

But then again, have to wait for it to be launched to see if maintenance and fuel range is good.
