if you're thinking of getting 2nd opinion, can consider K&T (Ubi) or AC Motor (kaki Bukit).

but suggest you get towing services to avoid further damages... regardless if it's engine or other parts.

Yup, I urge u to try ac motor and see what ah chong suggest.. I would rather u repair it thru private workshop than boon siew..

Place: Block 503 Jurong West Avenue 1

Block 503 Jurong West Avenue 1 Durian Stalls

block is next to hawker centre, stalls are near entrance to big car park (entrance at street 52), the stalls are clearly visible on the left.

can OTOT have light makan at hawker centre before liulian time at 8pm

btw, the bakut teh and braised tee-kah (especially) is yummy there, but don't eat too full if you wanna whack liulian.

* emblem on bike showed "SW-T400"

where to park?

see attached pic. there're some (limited) bike lots at the corner near the FC and 503 but usually occupied. may have to use the "make shift" lots near our makan spot... at own risk la

 

Plan

8pm: meet at fruit stalls to select/buy liulian, then go eat at food centre. most stalls are closed by then so lots of tables available (near the bike lots). i'll bring some salt (sponsored by McDonald's) for liulian-kak salt water

 

Target Durians?

... 金凤 around $10/kg

... 猫山王 around 14/kg

... "3-for-$10" types also jadi

won't be so fast one, cos they need to first find out what is wrong, then figure out what to do and the new parts if required, then price of new parts, before they can give you a meaningful estimate. also, you'll have to standby to wait for shipment for overseas orders if local parts dealers don't have the item(s).

Hi, mine is not the GT version. Has ABS, added hazard light with original Honda hand controls, no overdrive button. Box is definitely comfortable, too bad I don't get to enjoy it.

I guess u r craving for more power? Lol..

Previous I'm riding a S4, after switching to this, indeed find is less in power..

My point of view on this bike is that it doesn't have the torque which majority of the riders are looking for however is a real reliable, smooth and last but not least a very practical scooter!
