Today, something weird happened to my bike. When turn on, voltage was 12.6v normal. After start, became garbage. Stop and retry 2 more times with same issue. Move off and everything back to 14.4v. Hope it's good brothers having fun.

 

Happened 2nd time yesterday. It turns out to be bad wiring as I was rushed for time while fixing on the first time. Had to dismantle fairing and solder the cables. Now quite good at dismantling and putting back fairing :)

 

Lesson learnt is not to shortcut setup else it will come back to haunt you...

 

BTW, the ram clutch mounts are pretty good for hanging kopi :lol:

Btw uncle check out this video..

Nice diy mod on the throttle plates. However is on Fz1 but should be possible for all fuel injector bikes.

Only for bikes with twin butterflies. Actually, they are there to prevent pple from pulling the throttle too abruptly from standstill and getting themselves killed. My skills not there yet for such control :)

 

anyone got the link to the technical manual for swt400-09??

 

Don't think anybody has for SWT.
