Got bike liao meh?

Haven't la .. but was told properly mid Mar ... so meaning about there .. unless I everyday go waste petrol to run-in before the trip and managed to book a service 2 days before the trip.

 

I know you will hate me if I go at 100km .. but can dont wait for me one ...

I can meet u guys at destination .. as long as I have co-ordinates ...

To Give away: SHAD 33 Box with base bracket.

Haven't la .. but was told properly mid Mar ... so meaning about there .. unless I everyday go waste petrol to run-in before the trip and managed to book a service 2 days before the trip.

 

I know you will hate me if I go at 100km .. but can dont wait for me one ...

I can meet u guys at destination .. as long as I have co-ordinates ...

 

Aiya, 1 day 100km can already. * I used to do 200km per day round island for running in.

Probably can cruise at 130km/h after 500km...since it is a BMW. Spoilt liao just return them and say it is a LEMON!! * haha. Nothing to do with Mr Lem0n here...

Me after 1st servicing still go below 5k rpm. Sian.

 

Issit a must to go to boon siew for first few servicing?

 

Sorry some dumb qns. Do I chsnge the gear drive oil everytime change eo?

haha ... but once you post here ... guess I cant use this as excuse then.

Anyway .. I really hope I can stick to this for next 3 years. These 12 months, already got 3 bikes ... SW, jupiter, and kymco 650. Feel really a waste of money. I really need to plan for my retirement.

No regret hor ... my girl say I snore a bit. I can let you sleep first, so wont disturb you. You not light sleeper hor ...

 

And .. your kymco 650, during run-in, was advised not to exceed what speed ? As am thinking to run-in my bike at that trip.

 

No worry, I mostly slept with headphone (music on) and knock-off very fast.

 

I give you an estimate on rpm/speed:

 

Stop to move-off: 3000rpm

80km/h at 4000rpm

110km/h at 5000rpm

130km/h at 6000rpm

 

During run-in period, i didn't exceed 100km/h but after 2nd oil changed (1000km) i travel to cameron highland (140km~180km).

No need to book lah, change engine oil & filter yourself or visit AC Motor. I changed mine on (70km) & (1000km).

Normally must go Boon Siew to register your bike and they'll give you the warranty/service card.

If your bike shop is an authorised service centre, then can do service there and get the stamping done.

Otherwise must go back to Boon Siew for service if the warranty matters to you.

 

Gear oil can change after every 2 EO change.

Use the same EO for your gears.

Bo pian bikers simply love to ride. Even if you are retired, keep on riding....

Hi guys, need some info. Now doing bike shopping so doing some research. I understand the SW is dry clutch. Will there be clutch slip issue after long distance riding due to heat build up in the clutch area? Thanks

I have been riding my winger for less dan 1 week.

 

Haahaa some pros of the bike.

 

Very comfortable sitting posture.

big storage space.

very quiet and very smooth.

OC loves the seat.

Looks gd.

 

But some stuff still getting used to.

Bo simi torque haha

The front very light.

MSCP during wet weather sibeh scary ah.

Suspension feels abit soft haha.

 

Haven brought her for a long trip. so far went to genting with wifey on 2nd day of getting bike. But this is a bike that can be kept a long long time

Helmetbox always very hao lian on his TMax performance, TMax should be better on this.

As for suspension ... all the senior SWingers recommended to adjust ... I guess can check out the technical corner.

i change the suspension to number 5 setting liao. still feels can go abit harder le......

 

silverwing got those aftermarket suspension like bitubo bo ah? i search online cant find :(

Tmax does have sportier handling... kup corner more stable because monoshock..

Engine in midsection..... ride like normal bike....

Swinger as like any other scoot engine behind...

Actually its an unfair comparison....

 

My OC still prefers Swinger to Majesty.... >.
