Morning cycle at Punggol/Buangkok this Saturday. Anyone?

 

Will be slow cos missus is going.

I'm considering trying out the bike rental at Punggol Park.

Pulau Ubin Day Trip

 

Date: 13 Jul 13 (Sat)

Meeting Time: 7.30am

Meeting Location: Changi Point Ferry Terminal

What to bring: Spare clothing and proper shoes, jockey cap, swimming 'costume', insect repellent, bicycle lock, camera, money, etc.

Proposed Itinerary

7.30am - Meet at Changi Point Ferry Terminal. Don't be late.

7.45am - Bumboat to Pulau Ubin @ $2.50 each (1-way). Or.. hire whole boat for $30.

8.15am - Reached Pulau Ubin.

8.30am - Rent a bike, buy water and food.

9am - Visit Chek Jawa 1st. Lowest tide at 0.5m expected at 9am and up to 0.8m at 10am.

11.30am - Visit North Route. Lunch... en-route (kikikukiki).

2pm - Visit West Route (look look see see the MB trail).

5pm - Early Dinner at Ubin Town or bumboat back to Changi Village for makan.

Got Swimming Pool, got secured parking and near Shopping/movies.... Georgetown City better.

 

Oriental is cheap but got bed bugs incident, remember? Also car park with many cats.

Get one. The speed of unfolding, and the folded size seem good. Should be able to pillion it comfortably.

6 gears system and 11Kg bicycle that able me to carry it on the backseat. Tomorrow bring her for an test ride...

U will enjoy the ride alot compare to strida! But dont bring to ubin hor, saiyang.

The bike itself cost $2700 (i got the straight handle bar type) 2013 model and on top of that change the handle grips (include bar end) and add 1 cute cute box. So total cost $3k
