usually most bike shop will be able to service our Tmax. else u can visit those scooter shop. they will definitely be able to change and remove all fairings.

 

fuel pump issue, when u encounter this, go straight to HL.

 

Just collected my GTS today. Understand from the shop where I sold the MAx that there are no stock for the fuel pump! If this is true, you guys pray hard that the pump don't decide to sleep !!! It was nice knowing you guys here. Take care and ride safe always.

Everytime about to stop from a distance, exhaust got pop pop sound cum out, wife say very cute sound that can alert other biker tat we are stopping le. Do u all experience this, not faulty horr ?

 

I realized stock horn very soft sound , u all guys got change horn, what horn u all change to ?

its normal for the pop pop sound from the xhuast. you can try when you ride thru tunnel accelerate and sudden close throttle ... also can hear

for the horn, u can check out motor shops to find out what horn to use. sorry im not familiar

any Tmaxxers keen on a 1/2 day trip to makan A&W at Bukit Indah ?

its about 20+km past GP petrol station.

expected date going will be on either 14 or 15 Oct ( sat or sunday )

the distance is only 20 km ... how much time you take ? its like traveling from orchard road to and mo kio .... the most give you 20 mins can reach liao.

Pardon for my ignorance, what is H4 and H7 bulb, what is the difference? is it the socket head different in shape only ?

Hi bro h7 for low beam and h4 for high beam. Buy both and keep spare in case anyone of them blow off or you can sell to other tmax rider. Dun go moto world buy cause ex

Our headlights are using 2 diff sizes of bulbs

But i oso cant remember which side use which H

H7 is slightly smaller and only have 2 legs because it's single filament

H4 is bigger because it's double filament so it has 3 legs

wow ur explaination really make me understand what is the difference between those 2 bulb. especially the 2 leg and 3 leg, meaning to say mounting head different at tmax front bulb area

Im not sure any diff in mounting head (socket). But if Im not wrong, the H7 and H4 use the same socket

1) Normally you all guys pump up to where , for my case i pump up to the very very brim. u all pump just at the tip of the mouth or to the very brim just like me ?

 

2) you all start to count reserve when final trip activated or when u all see the meter touches the most top red line. for my case, i realize tat when my meter touch the bottom red line ,final trip then activated appear ! I immediately go to the nearest petrol kiosk to refill. I fill in a total of 13.5 litres of petrol and the distance i had clock is already 275km le. From my knowledge full tank is 15 l and base on tmax able to have 20km Per litre , my reading above is weird.

 

If based on 20km per Litre , a full tank can only last me (15L*20km)= 300km,, how am i going to travel another 50km based on reserve while my distnace already is 275km le.
