Hi all bro out there I think we should organize a kopi session for tmax rider to meet up

 

I share the same sentiments too and have proposed a meet up this coming weekend in light of the holidays but have not received any replies thus far. Well... :(

i have been with this tmax thread since last nov and no one have ever officially organise any meet-up, it always "we should meet-up" or "is there any gathering" questions being asked but nil action...look like you just have to put the place and time and see who is interested...just my 2 cents

How bout a mini meetup this coming Thursday or Friday evening? Would be nice to meet some of the other TMAX riders and share ideas and info on our beloved bike.

Okay then. Let's have a show of hands who's keen on doing it tonight. I'm not very good with venues that are bike friendly so let's just set it at Yishun Dam tentatively. Of course you have to bring your own ciggies and beverages since the only mobile stall that peddles there only sells ice cream. Venue and timing is open for discussion. In the meantime, i'll check with my TMAX riding buddies and update if they are available tonight.

 

As for Zesture, it is fine if you can't make it this weekend. I meet up with Chili and Speeding Botak for kopi and rides pretty often. We'll ask you along the next time round.

Thinker, I'm very much a noob myself and only got the bike for about 6 months which is why i think it would be beneficial for us noobs to get some tips and advice from the laojiaos.

 

TMAX riders and soon to be riders Meetup. (All are welcome)

Just a thought, anybody might be interested in a 2nd hand Polini Speed Control 12 rollers? It's the same as the Malossi Variator thingy. Might want to sell mine which is still on the bike. Selling $450 w/ +1 set of Polini 12 rollers.

 

Still on my bike currently with travelled for a mere 800miles with it only.

With a 46l topbox, full load with pillion..

 

 

I travelled at:

Comfortable cruising speed, 140kmh.

Top speed : 160kmh.

Quite a bit for vibration at 130kmh.. Wondering if its bcos of e box, or e rear tire wearing out...

u mean u were traveling at a top speed of 160 or your top speed only got 160?

managed to hit around 160 to 165kmh (7.5k rpm) for a short while. after 140kmh, the speed crawls up slowly..

also need to mention, i was on full stock setting, except for a malossi air filter...

Hi guys,

Just wanna update my current bike status,previously couldn't starts the bike @ suntec,suspected the spark plug problem..So during collection,everything went smoothly until i go suntec AGAIN,the bike couldn't start again,got to tow the bike back for rectifying the problem..:cry::cry:

Conclusion from choong is maybe my fuel system something wrong,got to send the bike back HL to rectify the problem..Cos batt is working fine,plug oso just change to 24* instead of 27*(for long distance riding)..

And oso heard previous owners oso encountering such problems,and has done up by HL..Gonna try my luck down to HL the puzzle on the start up problem...will keep u guys update again:cheeky::cheeky:
