Im intending to order Rextor adjustable CDI frm Indon (Kura u shld know him, he mentioned u :cheeky:)... any sparky owners interested? share shipping cost... mayb can get cheaper...

Reviews on the Rextor CDI avail at Youtube... quite cool leh the radiator fan will switch on for a few secs when u turn on the ignition..

Any bros using this CDI? comments?

most of the racing/aftermarket spark/x1r cdi needs to connect a switch to on the fan or you can turn it on permanent, cos most racing cdi the fan is disable..

eg of cdi dosent support the fan thingy: redbull, BRT, kitti racing, etc..

tat supports: rextor, xp.. etc

if the racing cdi has 2 plug instead of one, then the fan will be on if it's too hot.. and yes the fan sound is cool.. i use to have a switch to turn it on in the past cos my previous cdi dosent supports the fan.. =)

BTW.. msia selling 385rm.. theirs is the plug and play version.. used on their race bike(spark).. the one haen selling is with ignition timing adjustor(newer version)

A few used during last race, I myself tested it but did not use it on Raceday (keeping it 1st).....U nid a good tuner n unless u r using race gearbox, i dun c the nid (IMHO dun flame me) as advanced n retard timing will b more useful with diff gear ratios........

BTW, wat model u intend to order, beware of imitations though, I saw a few chiong 1s....Onli the red box ori inside :dot::dot::dot::cheers:

hi guys, just need some advise from you. My Block been giving loud noises during idling after a certain distance(15-20km). I suspect it's the piston or camshaft....etc.. i know most Probably need to overhaul in the next thousand km.

Anyone had this problem? or how much would it cost? 400-500 at least? and any shop recommendations that is good in engine tuning and rebore.

thanks!

FBA, 47000km.

Previous owner might be a mac rider. So far bike running quite smooth but just that the engine is louder than normal.
