Yeahs, my neighbour bike 40+k but mine still much noisier . so need some advise from you guys which internal part should i repalce.

 

Overhaul...Cos the rod is in between the engine bro. They might change the whole block plus piston as well as Spark block cannot be rebored. Material is Diasil so to rebored is impossible.

After you overhaul, then must slowly ride , dun whack. be gentle as its still virgin..

when i travelling at 70

my bike start to push me back

i try to force up again

it push me back again

 

ani one can enlighten on this ?

i see. i did a rebore on my FL tw200 before, cost me a bomb though. so most likely prize ard there to replace the whole block and piston huh. thanks for your advise anyway.

actually is carb de problem ... u go tell mechanic he also check carb first de ... check check !! if i not wrong!!

go check out ur air filter & carb =) most liekly to be air filter cause mine got same problem & got it done =)

i see. i did a rebore on my FL tw200 before, cost me a bomb though. so most likely prize ard there to replace the whole block and piston huh. thanks for your advise anyway.

 

Rebore can only be done depending on the material of the block.. Diasil, alloy are all imposible to rebore due to its characteristic

i did my bike full overhaul:

 

new block, piston, cam shaft, valve clearance

con rod, engine bearings, service carb, eo, sparkplug, coolant

 

total spend about 860..

so guys..do we really need to overhaul? about at what mileage is it recommended to overhaul for a stock clutchless spark like mine..? reaching 26k click ready..been whacking the bike since i got it...scared something will happen soon ah...ahaha..the price of overhaul is scary man..!!

hello guys,

just now i just witnessed an accident near khatib MRT.

where this bike left turn until spark came out from his footrest.

and his speed way over the speed limit,

he panicked,so he lost control of the bike,

then his front tyre hit the centre curb.

before landin to the ground, the rider hit a car on the opposite road.

where this rider broke his rib due to his excessive impact on the

car owner's side mirror till it came off to the ground.

thus, the car owner's door silghty dented.

the rider was soooo unconcious at that point of time,

luckily there were some helpful people at that time.

plus,the rider still on P plate.

soo my advice is dont REMPIT..

if you want then go track.

please remember your love ones.

cause u only live once.

Wats your bike symptoms when u decided to overhaul? Aft how many KMs?

 

Anyways i juz installed the rextor cdi, anyone knows the ignition timing how many degrees?
