1.change headlight, side lights and brake light to LED for brighter purposes

I believe Motorworld would be able to help you, give them a call and look for Kenji's assistance. Or, privately, you could PM neo in the forum for assistance.

2.take away the top box

I believe you could remove the box on your own without the need to pay anyone for this service.

3.add a back seat rest, looking at something wider and comfortable

The original Daystar backrest work and looks better in my opinion. But if you are looking for something wider perhaps you should drop by to Seng Kwang (around $280) with the design you have in mind and custom made, the cushion pad (around $80) part could be custom made at either 219 or Eugene Saddlery.

4.2xfairly large side leather-looking bags (weather proof lah), wil it affects the big performance?

Too big, yes. It will affect the top end. You could view the saddlebag at regina or lab. They should have one that comes with rain cover which, cost around $120.

5.change both rider footboard and passenger footrest to chrome footboard..

Available at Regina for around $60-$80 a pair.

JB might be cheaper, but so far I have not saw any shops dealing with quality cruiser accessories. You may want to search around.
