Are you looking for a freeware type or the purchase type? If freeware type can try AVG Anti Virus.

You can try installing an Anti-virus software but chances are, the virus may have already infiltrated your system and may stop you from installing any Anti-virus software or that it is smart enough to hide itself away from it.

 

For infected PCs that don't already have an Anti-virus software, what I would usually do is to extract the hard drive into a USB casing, bring it over to another computer and from there, use that computer's Anti-virus software to scan that hard drive. This is the best option that I can think of that can cleanse the system.
