'YES' you need a bracket to hold the mirrors that need to be weld to the cowling frame and 2 holes either side so the screw/bold can go thru into the bracket.

 

About the lower cowling -It is not advisable to use here ~ your eggine is an air cooled not a water cooled...those bikes using a water cooled already having heating problems even thou it is assist with a electric fan....imagine when you stuck in a jam... and you cannot install a engine guard...

As for the lower fairing, not in my project yet, just admiring it. I'm looking forward to get a better shock system, Ohlins. Err... how much? $1k++?

 

By the way, anyone looking for crash bar, I think I would like to sell mine (SK custom made), anyone interested? :bouncefire:

Hi Yob_rekib,

Nasir did at a bikeshop at Northlink along sembawang drive and admiralty rd west.

 

If I where to recommend try the Looi's motor and HL hongleong Yamaha Agent.

 

If your bike was in a bad situation:~ As you say you wanted to change your bike to honda CB750 or might as well get the Diversion 900 which is better with shaft driven an a pair of side panniers...

Hi BackOff,

Lower cowling, there are...I think 2 to 3 types on the market by different makers. Haroze just replace the suspensions 4 mths back- for the front and the back (pensky)purple colour springs at motorworld it is under $450/ feedback from Haroze :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: tested during the tapah trip...!

If you have not replace the front fork oil do so workshop charge all in $60/- to medium grade fork oil it will handle wonderfully for another 3yrs of rough ridings.

 

Ohlins pricing is around 1K++ if you intend to fix ~ get those load adjustable type...you'll be paying abit more but you'll apreciate it...

meetup for the jacket will be around e end of this month.

Also remove of the Yam logo at the back will need min 200pcs to order which is out for us which explain Silverghost option is out unless u wan to order 200pcs.. :giddy:

Anyone wan to take some risk and get a L size so that interested parties can see whether they can wear or not coz my is XXL which I've tested to be good for me.

The cost is abt $210?

If not than we've my sample only...

When is the Sample Jacket coming in...?

 

Just need to know is there any M sizes...because this armour padded jacket need to wear just nice should not be baggy loose - touchwood!!! if riders fall the padding should cover that area not suppose to shift/move around- So getting the correct size is very important!

Yes, there is M size as well.

size range from S to XXL.

I'll like to but can't due to the cost of the jacket tat wanted to bring in one jacket for all sizes so that everyone can test it out. The problem is after tat, I'll left w 4 jackets w/o any owner. The cost will be :giddy: to me.

 

As for respond, so far ok lar...

22 Nov can't lar coz the jacket now is still in BeiJing. Est. will be next wk or so. Maybe I arrange to be begining of Dec so that more ppl can take a look. :smile:

Hope the order can hit 10ppls fast after the meetup so that I can push for e jackets to reach sg b4 X'mas. :sweat:
