Hi Swift,

Those sockets, with the rubber covers is good as long as there are few gaps at the bottom/end- incase water sips through by other means and still able to escape...getting a fully sealed has its advantages and disadvantages...

Don't get those multi-sockets (2 or 3 holes) your bike do not have the juice to power all them up...he,he,hee!

If you are going to order, ask how many buggers are interested+ shipping divided by all who ordered.. o_O

As for the tour to the Cameron highlands, I cannot give you any answers right now, as you know that some of us on the pending list are in (service sector) is involved in the IMF. So whether we going or not after 20th sept you'll know..!keep the fingers cross

I wanna change my shaft oil but dunno which one to use.Any specific brand or oil specifications that I should look out for? Btw,is shaft oil the same as transmission oil?

Hi BlackAngel,

Shaft oil, I'd recommend- Mobil 1 silver colour container 70/90 fully synthetic oil for shaft and axle. about $22+ +... from any mobil petrol kiosk 1L can last you 2yrs and get a socket spanner with 17mm and 19mm(six sided) about $3+ or $4+ at mustafa.

You can save some cash, by changing it yourself only uses around 150ml around half a glass of shaft oil. It's a easy task...

Shaft oil and transmission oil are so much different in viscosity...transmission oil is around 10/20w.

Don;t mind I give some comments on this,

The first one is not suitable for your application, its a receptable.

The second one can use, but you have to drill 3 holes, 2 small 1 big. Small hole for screws and big hole for body.

The 3rd one is better, because its panel mount. One hole only. But the problem is can't find screw thread on the body, don't know is it clip on type or screw type.

If it is a clip on type, it might not suitable for our panel.

I saw this one on the web also, its abit more ex than the 3rd one. This one has screw thread on the body with a ring nut.
