Welcome back Mctan and Jleo,and your partners....great to hear that you are back here safely.From the photos,seems that you guys sure have a lot of fun. I can sense how tiring the trip was,especially having pillion during that journey.Riding Solo and having a pillion is totally different...

 

Btw.how many hours do you get to Krabi?

Guys,

By the way i had already ordered my Powerbronze Flip up screen from Biketech21. It will be a sample when the item arrive in Singapore for you guys to diffenciate btwn Skidmarkx & Givi screen. Off course my first choice is Givi but too bad the shipment stop liao. As`for Skidmarkx, it is too high for me.

 

Was told that the screen will be arriving here within 1 or 2 months times or might be earlier. Once i got the item than will let u guys know.

 

By the way the price given was S$135 or lesser plus shipment. If MO he can give better price than this.

I also went to HL Payar Lebar to look for the Divvy but its fruitless. I didn't see any new divvy there except for TP bike. How come Loois motor say there is new Divvy for sale there? Maybe misscom isit?

Bro Bats,

 

I got Good and Bad news for you....!

 

Bad news is....Vector1 did not call me regarding the moulding of the TP one seater. So i also cant be borded to call them. Haha...

 

Good news is....I went to First Motor and make enquiry on the moulding, to my suprise the uncle (Boss) told me that they can mould the TP one seater for us and the price given was S$80 without spraying of it. I also ask on the TP lion head and was coated ard S$200++ for both left and right cowling (also without spraying). I guess the offer for both is good but duno how the workmanship like lah. Maybe u want to jump to the river after reading my post? Worth making rather than u spend S$200 for the original one seater.

Again, this price is for per set of moulding. If we were to go for MO than the price will be much cheaper!

 

I think before you send ur bike for spraying let us see anyone of us here interested to mould?

 

By the way, you are still number one Divvy recruiter! Haha...

Anyone of you buggers had change the engine chain tencherner before? Or maybe u guys got any other better shop to recommend?

We took about 16hrs (Include beakfast, top up, custom clearance etc) to reach Krabi.

Had lot of fun during the trip, although it was tiring. Especailly to the pillions.

How do you know that your circuit has short circuited? Is it the fuse blew?

if I were u, anything to do with engine,I'd rather refer to HL. And try to look for that Indian guy who is in-charge of the all TP bikes.Yes,it's no doubt u have to foke out a few more $$$....but don't forget, they r the agent.I think his name is Muthu.....if I' not wrong....:thumb:

Yah his name is Muthu... I gt my S$20 TP handle bar from him too. But i thinking of getting the parts and get other motorshop to do it for me. However, not at this moment coz still can be use.

Hi Buggers .....

Need Advise ,today when i move from 1st gear to 2 gear ... Ram up to 6000 RPM ...... Suddenly got this heavy jerking at my Engine part ...

 

I try at ram till below 6000 RPM and so far non a problem ....

ANY thing wrong with that ? :help:

The light turn off suddenly a while after I turn on the switch... :confused: :help:

Base on your discription, it can be

1. Component damage or

2. Wiring problem

I never encounter before.

It sounds that you have faced a serious and complicate problem.

Could you explan more on the heavy jerking that you encountered.

Is it......

1. After 6k rpm, engine suddenly power jerk up ? (You fix a turbo charge inside your bike is it? :D)

2. After 6k rpm, engine having sudden power lose, it result a engine brake jerking?

3. After 6k rpm, engine output normal. But the transmission tran jerking?
