Yup...! Yo! buggers,

I thought of replacing my belly pan- with a better design, longer and nicer fittings, as some of you guys reasonly ask first motor to construct a solo seat cover for the diversion.

Are you guys interested to do belly pan for your divvy...

This thing need to be discussed with you buggers during the next coming meet-up

Hi Brandon,

Tried the lower fairing for about a year, it was nice to have it on.

1. Look nicer.

2. better fuel consumption, because of the aerodynamic effect I think.

Went for two long trips ( Faser and Gentng HL) with the fairing on, it had no problem at all.

Why removed it? Because want to have a better light system for the bike.

Guys,

I went to First Motor to take a look at the one seater seat cover and its ready for collection! Price for the one seater is S$80 (Original is S$200 price by HL). So far the one seater is not bad! Nice! (but without spraying)

In addition, I also check with him on the lionhead and was coated S$150 for left and right (excluding the 2side inner parts) maybe add on these 2 inner parts will be roughly S$200++ (Original price from HL for all the 4 parts is ard S$1000++). Items above coated for MO of 5sets or more. Actually price still can Chiam-xiong wan...

The boss will also help to check on the aftermarket TP windshield price & will get back to me as soon as possible. For the shield, Original price is ard S$600(HL). Got the latest price from the FMotor boss TP windshield is ard S$100++.

In addition, I will also doing MO on the belly pan. The boss will call me if the belly pan is ready and will let u guys see it. Me and SG had went to First Motor to check for the prices. As for the belly pan it will cost S$100. Price coated for MO 5 belly pans or more.

I would like to know any of our buggers here interested for the items stated below..

Can anyone advise, should i install the lionhead, do i need to change to a TP handle-bar? I am using GenMar riser on the original handle-bar.

Hi Kevin,

The belly pan should be nice on our bike it shows that of the street fighter and abit of the racing bike look and stands out from the tp bike too.

We are waiting for the 1stmotor to do a sample till then we "those interested" need to be patience.

Heyrul and myself, dicussed with the boss about the looks we wanted longer and fit closer to the engine and in the front a grille is added so air can cool the exhaust pipes.

It almost look like my belly pan but better and longer and there are no gaps behind.

As for the "loin head" tp cowling is up to you, If you like the look then go ahead.

As for me I find it makes the big look bigger and I worry the worst is, if I drop... does the extended faring "loin head" damage the front cowling as it is mounted directly on it...?

I need the air to cool my jacket and my helmet as for the tp cowling the air is push away from the rider.

Some riders like it and it reduce stress for long haul rides, You need to mount a wider engine guard this is to prevent damage to a certain extend.

Tp handle bar is quite comfortable it let you seat back straight, good for long haul rides and not forgetting you can bend your elbow, relax your arms.

Prior to the replacing of tp handle bar you need to reroute the wirings and replace the front brake hose. But you'll be loosing some front wheel feedbacks.

My advise for you is to seat on one of the buggers bike "which have been replaced with a tp handle bar" to know what you have been missing till now- he,he,hee!

I did check with HL our bike front OEM cowling is around $750+...

Hi guys,

Please check your center stand- heyrul, haroze and myself found out that there is a crack on the cross bar of the center stand the cross bar is the lower piece, a small rod that holds / - \ the center stand together.

e.g. center stands look llike the capital "A"

Symptoms- If you put your bike on the main stand and able to twist your bike a bit to the left and right or during pulling you bike to main stand you bike may swing,twist or slant abit to a side.

You can remove the center stand it's quite easy- 1st remove the return spring then the bolts and nuts there are 2 pairs only - and send to a workshop for welding and galvanizing.

Or ride to any shop that does welding or SK and weld the part on the spot should be less then $20/-

Got extra money buy a 'brand new center stand' at AM for $160/-

If you can see the center stand crack gap is big and it is too rusty it's best to replace it- no point of welding.

Guys are you interested to change the LOCATION- I found a place at marsiling crescent- parking no problem beside the coffee shop along the stretch of road.

Location:- Along Marsiling lane at the corner of Marsiling Crescent Blk 211 its a stand alone coffee shop where cars and taxi's park along the road.

Muslim foods good and reasonably priced and chinese foods- recommended Tom Yam Soup with mee sua best -better then thailand :b... and other TASTY FOODS.

It sounds really good idea to have a custom made belly pan for divvy.

Just to check with you, from what I understand so far you had installed S4 belly pan. When you corner, does the pan scatches the floor?

Why I ask this, it is because when I installed my lower fairing which is already very well fit to the bike, but both left and right scatched floor when taking up corner ...

The part where it scatch is just below the rider footrest.

If you extend longer, the pan might scatch floor when corner low.

Maybe you might want to take this into consideration...

Hi mctan,

After replacing my suspension hyperpro coils I don't have this scratching problem at all- before my center stand also can scratch the road when I take those low corners.

Before Any low humps also kena/scratch the bottom exhaust pipes, After replacing the said spring- now with pillion can go through without hitting the exhaust pipes...

So far after change of spring till now "now using S4 belly pan never scratch the road".
