Happy is he who killed his own anger.

1 x tyre repair kit

1 x tyre inflater (compressed air in a can)

Can get either or both at Carrefour

Should be able to allow you patch up that hole and limp to the next gas station to pump it up.

get a 12 v air compressor if u have the the 12v cig connection..if u have a flat tyre and there's no fuel station.u will be relieved that u have the Electrical pump with you...w/o steping on the foot pump until leg "soft" cannot ride properly when the tyre is done.:cheeky:

I've had the privilage of having my tyre punctured, and then the object getting ripped out somehow, resulting in a large hole that required 3 worms to seal. Instant deflation.

No problem, rode that tyre to the chords. Not that I had a choice.

For everyone info, (Bike with tube eg, DRZ and etc)

If you happen to be on NSHW or some where without bike shop,

To unseat the tyre, and change to tube,

You will need to

1 x tube

2 x crossbar (small one)

1 x G-clamp or another bike side stand

1 x 24 Ring spanner ( come with the bike tool bag)

1 x 12 Ring spanner ( come with the bike tool bag)

1 x 10 Ring spanner ( come with the bike tool bag)

2 x 13 box spanner (for those with MV slider)

1 x rope (or any thing that can til the bike )

1 x air pump

With above you can DIY change to tube on the spot.

G-clamp

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/2/2a/G-clamp.jpg/250px-G-clamp.jpg

First step is to take out the slider,

2nd step loosen the number 24 nuts which whole on to the wheel,

3rd step tire the bike to any lamp post or fix object

4th step take out the wheel

5th step use the G-clamp to clamp the tires till the tires unseat from the rim,

or use another bike side stand to do the same thing

6th use 12 spanner to undo the tude nut

7th step use the crossbar to open the tire, (there is a technic for this part, if do correctly it will be very easy else hard time)

8th step remove and replace with a new tube,

9th step apply some oil on the tire where is in contact with the rim,

10th step close back the tire with the crossbar

11th step pump up to tire till it stick to the rim, than set to the correct pressure,

12 fix everything back and you r ready to go with almost a new tire...

This is the best part about the tube tire compare to tubeless...

after a change of tube the tire is as good as before, but not for the worm repair for tubeless...

after repair with worm the tire is nvr the same ...

The first time i do it myself it take 3 hour to do so...

but after i do it a few time it only take me 15min for complete the whole tube changing..
