Hey guys, got a problem here. Tried to go full trottle today but when i reach 130, speed can't go up anymore. Instead rpm went up to 6000-7000. Brothers out there, know what's the problem?

I was only late for <10mins and i lost her forever

hmm...... never encounter before :sorry: the problems lies whether u got enough petrol, change u spark plugs already.

Will the engine die of when u left it to iddle??

 

Got encounter similar pro wif a frenz 2b bike b4, but the engine die off after tat..cant start again.

like alya say matbe ur tank almost empty but never switch reserve, so a moment in loss of speed happen..

but it still ok compare to other tyres...

but on dry surface confirm its gripping very gd...

engine hot more diff to start is common but should be still possible to start within one press of ignition. Bcos the air inside expanded and less dense, so the mixture is a bit rich and more difficult to ignite. All sports bike are like that one, super easy to start when cold, then must slight trottle to start when hot.

maybe its true...

cos got my batt and coil changed in march....

but rectifier nv change..

tats y wanna buy a spare 1... and try...

cos went to my mech and he say no problem.....

wats ur rpm at 100km/h, 110, 120, 130, 140?

 

I remember:

100km/h - 6k

110km/h - 6.5k

120km/h - 7k (valve open and sound changes sharper like aeroplane sound)

130km/h - ?

140km/h - ?

150km/h - ?

180km/h - ?

190km/h - ?

 

I forgot my rpm for higher than 120km/h l, bcos singapore seldom travel so fast. Wait I go 2nd link then I update again. I remember I go until 190+ haven red line yet abt 12-13k only I think. 140 is abt 8k or 8.5k cant remember bcos I go 2nd link and this is the speed I constantly travel.

 

One reason you speed cannot go up is mainly due to clutch plate wear off already. If your 100km/h is more than 6k then think good luck to you, confirm must change le. Or else one day u find urself in steep slope half clutch and bike wouldnt move off. The decrease in power of pickup is also due to clutch plate wear off especially gear one.

Wah sey guys, 1/2 an hour ago, saw this one TP standing at the chevron lines at the TPE at the Jln Kayu Exit. He was standing behind his Volvo and holding a han-held device which is like a gun. I think he's 'shooting' for speed demons leh. Those who will be passing by there aletr... be a bit careful k guys.... :goodluck:
