PA aint voltage stabilizer . FYI voltage stabilizer are firstly intro to automotive not motorcycle, for the purpose of canceling ripple for better sound quality. On old bike, yes u will feel slight diff in performance that is due to your wire harness wear & tear over the years. To stabilize voltage, a good set of Ground cable will do the work. We have a few used set of stabilizer in-house ( including the one you are using) for testing purpose. To know if PA is just another stabilizer in town, try spark your stabilizer +/- on batt and you will see juice coming out from your blue box. OFC (oxygen free copper) cable are good for audio purpose not grounding. High end restriction can be due to many reason i.e Air/Fuel ratio, not just by using a V.S.
