Hi guys, perhaps it's really quite a tough job to read every page of this thread. I would like to know a few things,

1. what is the pressure to pump on both front and back tires?

2. what is the normal charging voltage for cbr? And the voltage when bike idling with headlight off?

3. CBR can only be start off when in neutral gear as I know of my normal ride can still be started up in any gear as long clutch is engaged? coz if so, the next issue i am facing is

when the bike is heated up like temp gauge reaching half. The neutral light will sometimes off on its on when I was at neutral gear and when I try to start up again, the bike won't start becoz neutral light is off. So is it ok to bring to mechanic to cut off the neutral light power cut feature? Hope the CBR experts can advise me on these common problem or isolated prob..

gladiator has ans you on that.

2. what is the normal charging voltage for cbr? And the voltage when bike idling with headlight off?

it depends on wht type of headlight u using, if white will be of course consuming more electric compare to those stocks one. should be ard 13.5v when headlights off, when engine starts

3. might be ur wiring problem, might be your starter motor, get a trust mech to check on that.

like the ones u said, bro, on road it too high pressure, and on track , sound like very low pressure, (overinflation and underinflation) why you doing this method? any special reason?

where would be a good place to place IU unit? and is there any shop who can do a decent job of repositioning the IU? So far when I took over, mine is currently mount to the left side mirror screw, and sometimes it's hard to take a quick glance at the speedo.

my blade runs only once a week on track,on normal road(which i use to go bike shops for servicing and repairs),with high pressure less grip, less eating of tyre.like i mentioned im saving my tyres for other use.unless there's outing with you guys, ill use 33 front and back..on track that's the recommended tyre pressure given to me from one of the best racers around (he's currently retired)...and i find that that pressure suits me fine.a bit hard to put in words, maybe next time we meet i can explain better to you.this just a rough explanation bro..
