ey quovadis! sorryla trouble u guys onli... didnt expect it to take so long sia. d thing doesnt take long.... but other problems caused it to take some time... unexpected sia... i will understand if u dun wanna follow me go jb next time... hahahahahahkz!

hello bros.. im still on running in now ... clocked 700click already... 300klicks more.. just wanna ask when i ride my bike... always like sangkut2 like that... damn it.. i retune and retune also the same..i just change powervalve.. patah liao.. change block , change piston all japan one.. so u guys think my pipe full of carbon ? the silencer part there many black oil!... and when i stop its dripping... and full of smokes too!

normal la..

mechanic will set your setting your tzm to a rich setting when run in..

after 1k km...

just tune it...

 

when your setting is rich...

your exhaust will produce more smoke n wet condition...

 

after retune..

kamu perlu ride lebih kurang 100km utk keringkan minyak yg ada dlm ekzos..

kalau asap byk juga..

baru kamu buang carbon dlm ekzos...

wierd eh. mech aku cakap 500 km.

 

 

1st 100km, below rpm 5

200 - rpm 6

300 - 7

400 8 and subsiquent till 500 below rpm 8..

actually no point sending back to him for repair. he will most probably replace it with old parts. go to JB. they can do wonders for ur bike. before u do that, get a few experienced tzm riders to analyze where r the mistakes. troubleshooting tzm quite hard.

 

anyone here using motard rims?

the light but cheap rim solution is to put spoke rims. but the ones normaly jb sell is 2.5" rear. if just put the motard spoke rim rear, u can get 3.5" rear. and u can put 120 rear to a perfect fit.

 

sometimes, bike power go down coz piston got lobang or chipped. the engine still can run but compression no long so powerful.
