i read with interest in this webpage frm the onemotoring.com website

 

it says that EMAS will be activated in the event when broken down vehicles are spotted by their road monitoring cameras along the expressways

but what if the broken down vehicle is not within sight of the cameras?

 

anyone knws if there is any direct number we can call instead of having to wait to be detected on camera or to look for the nearest SOS phone booth (which u may not even knw where it is)

Got..But frankly I don't remember it..Its always being displayed on the electronic display board thingy..
