Do you have any preference as to where you want your website to be hosted?

I'm using GoDaddy.com. It's based in the western United States and even their website servers are there too.

Under the Economy plan (5GB), the price is around SGD 6 a month, and you get to pay monthly.

A .com address costs SGD 20 to setup and is a one time fee, yearly is 50 cents.

They even have web goodies...too much to list, take your pick.

This is the cheapest that I've had, so far. Don't think I'm looking back

How do you make the monthly payment to them? Paypal or credit cards? I worry about using credit card.

You can apply for a debit card.

It not only does NETS in Singapore, it also acts like a credit card to the back-end international merchants like GoDaddy, whilst at the back end, my bank deducts from my savings account according to what the international merchants charge me for.

POSBank MasterCard Debit Card, DBS Debit MasterCard, OCBC Visa Debit Card -- those are debit cards, just to name a few...

It's my swiss-army knife for purchases and money withdrawal whenever I travel abroad as well

For personal use, smaller scale websites and affordable ones in SG, can try W3Hub.

I don't blame people who doesn't show courtesy, they just didn't get taught on how to do so.
