I might need lots of help here. i got my side to share and i need you guys opinion on this. I bought a FBD xxxxx k8 drz frm XX motoring and i was told machine price at $12100 and he charge me gst of 6 percent so the cost rose up to $12862. My insurance 498,coe 801,iu unit 150,agreement fee ard 300 i guess,rd tax 55.and i downpayment 2000.the interest rate is 6 percent. so my installment that is given is an effing $275 for 5 years. No accesories nor legal exhaust included. so i'm asking anyone out there of they could share with me their side of their K8 Z's and how much your downpayment and installments are cos i have a fren who down the same amount as mine,from a different shop,FBD plate too,with installment at 234 for 4 years.im looking into this matter seiously and i need Z's owner out there to let me know if they have purchase any K8 Z's becos i plan to file a CASE suit on the shop.pls help.thanks.

case is a mediating organisation, they will not fight any issues for you, don't waste your time, go straight to the small claims tribunal and hire a lawyer if you really want to take the shop on.

and btw, one reason for the big difference might lie in the interest rate. for you, it's a total of 30% but your friend might have a 4% interest rate instead which will be 16% in total.
