Got my GoPro video up @ 720 60fps I think is the best setting for general usage. Now left with the mounting

Thanks bro, still doing research for the mount to minimize vibrations :)

To minimize vibration, you most likely need to mount on solid surface. Use a suction cup on your tank and tether(tie) it to your handlebar?

Bro, can I check if your Gopro 3M adhesive strong enough to hold the cam or extra glue or screw required?

Okay thanks many! I will try the side helmet and suction cup mount. Pray hard won't drop

No worries, these tape are made for environnement like this. Usually people mount on top helmet because it is centered and it mount on side, you can feel the wind resistance pulling your helmet to one side at high speed.

if worried, just tether it to ur helmet in case it drops. i run a small string wif the gopro casing, then tie it up to the inside of the helmet (loop it round one of the cheekpad buttons). i have to use sidemount as my helmet is a flip-up. dont really feel much resistance to one side. probably will la if going super highspeed (max in sgp i tried is ard 110).

If u notice the little red thing near the white cloth area. That's my tether. I just grab any lanyard (Those your office, company may issue to u) and secure it to my camera. =D But the 3M Velcro is tough. The only time it drop was when i adjust and the edge of the velcro caught my glove. 1 time only and i ve been using since aug 2012

Mine's a flip up too. I've been wondering if it's possible to mount on top and still not obstruct the visor when it flips up. I have a feeling it should be possible, but can't be sure since I don't have a camera yet

Still trying to decide whether to go with gopro or the other rd32ii that has been mentioned earlier. Among other things, I would want one where the mount can be adjusted to change the camera angle, especially if mounting on helmet.

well for me, despite the price im paying for the gopro, i know i wont go wrong with it. its proven to be extremely durable, easy to use and widest selection of mounts and third-party accessories. i always think if i buy those ebay type, if lens crack how? if button spoil, how? at least i got warranty as well as can easily other parts online.

flip up makes it so difficult to find a place to mount. i wasted 1 adhesive mount. alot of trial-and-error and really have to think out of the box to find a place to mount. but luckily for me, my gopro 3 got wifi so i can see preview on my phone's gopro app. makes it easier.
