hey guys i need help pls!

anybody been to court cox of summons be4? recently i got this court letter which requires mi to attend court cox i parked under my blk. which is so so so many mthssssssss ago. well i rem i DID park there but there wasnt any summon or warning letters n stuff. any1 been through the similar situation? or hav attended be4? kindly share wif the experience? i dunno wat to do now some more the owner is not mi. HELP PLS!

since ur not the owner of the bike... summon letter will not come to u but go to the owner.

 

so ur bike owner might have not tell u about all the summon letters until it expires & bcome a court case or maybe he really did not receive the summon (then u need his help to clarify with the court)

 

if the owner did receive a summon but inform the authority that he is not the one who parked the bike there, he should have informed them about u... the 2nd rider.

 

This will give time to authority to send another summon to u & harrass u for payment b4 the it bcome a court case.

 

if ur going to court to answer the summon charges, hope this help...

 

try to call hdb/town council who summon u & check with them how many summon letter did they send... when they send... & to which address they send to. if all point towards the owner & u know nothing about it... most likely ur off the hook.

oh yah owner's my mama. n we stayed together. haha n erm no reminder letters or watever. n no summons found on my bike. wat im tryin to say is all i did recieved was the court letter. so u guys mean i should call up the town council?

the letter did not give any contact details?

if there is...juz call and ask
