hi all, can i take legal action against a bike shop if it failed to deliver the bike on time? eg. reporting them to CASE? i hv waited for 2wks plus for my bike lioa, whereas my fren got his bike from other bike shop within 1wks.. PLZ help..

You can always try reporting to CASE, and maybe if the shop already has a history of complaints then maybe action will be taken??

 

But do prepare all the facts of your case so that you can present the situation clearly, to show that the shop was really at fault.

Don't waste your time with CASE. By the time you lodge a report with case, arrange for mediation, it will probably take you another month. If it's just a date of delivery issue, just go to the shop, slow talk over a cup of coffee with the boss, and see if they honour the new delivery date before considering further action.

u can but preferable u tok to the boss as stated.. u report they will think u r damn strict and will play wit u.. like u mus pay by 23rd.. u nv pay, they straight away take back..
