seems like gd news but is this a collective agreement btwn the authority n petrol station owners or juz a single sided decision....jgn skali kita pump minyak dah tu kena pump duit kat garmen dorang....:faint:

Ok..

 

Petrol pumping session can continue as per normal..

 

Juz came back from GP Esso 2nd Link. This is what the pump attendant and the cashier told me.

 

" After the big meeting among the petrol shop owners and authorities earlier on. All motorbikes can pump petrol as per normal. Ban affects the cars and lorries. "

 

Just to make sure, I went next door to Shell to confirm. The cashier told me the same thing.. Bike not affected by the ban.

 

To triple confirm, I went to Petronas to ask the attendent, same answer.. Bike not affected and can pump petrol as per normal..

 

 

BUT!!!!

 

for cars i get different stories from the 3 petrol stations.

 

ESSO - cannot pump until another meeting on the 9th june.

 

Shell - Cannot pump until another meeting on the 18th June.

 

Petronas - Can pump until another meeting on the 18th June.

 

 

 

 

 

so... anyone wants to confirm my news... this is what i got from the pump attendents and cashiers.. mebbe someone can double confirm the news i get.

JAM GILA BABI FOR BIKES!!!!... all the way sampai chevron kat bottom of slope... How next week? It will ard that time kiter masuk for our trip to make it for 10pm bergerak...

was thinking wheteher it was necessary as most pple said need to flush coolant yearly.. but i will be going for a trip up north so the coolant can tahan??

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe we shud re-think the push off time.

IMHO, coolant flush annually. 20k in 7mth is OK. U still got lots of time.

 

Brake pads, the original yamaha pads are pretty good. U can stick to those. There are many good brands out there. I'm using EBC HH, I dun recomend them unless u travel a lot daily. They take a while to heat up. You could use just the normal EBC. For average users I would stay away from carbon or graphite pads.

Flush it. the original coolant is crap. man u'll see a lot of difference. infact u should flush everytime u change ur engine oil. it's only $20 bucks. (2 bottles = $40 bucks ! i think u stick with the 20,000km rule)
