sebelah pon tak sebelah jugak... jalan kaki pon makan 10mins jugak... kalau naik motor kena buat u-turn.. kalau berbasikal kena go thru many many blocks

furthermore sebelah uma aku takde kedai makan, cuma rumah org ajer.

the prices of givi products here in KL are as flws :

 

1. PLX 447 side mounting kit rm 471 (@ 2.3 = S$205)

3. for item 2, you will need either the monolock base plate rm70 (S$30) or the monokey base plate rm120 (S$52).

a brief intro..

 

Long Way Round is a tour around the world on motorcycles. It's the brainchild of actor Ewan Macgregor and his good friend, Charley Boorman. The started their trip from London to New York, passing by France,Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Siberia, Alaska, Canada. It took them about 115days later covering more than 20,000miles on their BMW R1150GSADV**

 

 

Unicef is the adopted charity for the event. All donations made during the trip will the proceeded to Unicef. So as part of the trip, they made visits to a few Unicef children camps along their route.

 

 

** They tried both BMW R1150GS ADV and the KTM 900 or 640 ADV for the trip..They actually wanted a KTM Adventure as it is lighter and more trail oriented. But KTM chicken out after consulting another adventurer, thinking they will fail in their journey just because they choose to travel thru Siberia.

After Long Way Round in 2004, they did another adventure called Long Way Down in 2007.. From the top of Scotland, John 'O' Groats to the bottom most of South Africa, Cape of Good Hope. This time on a BMW R1200GS ADV. Unicef is the adopted charity again.

 

This time they rode thru Scotland, England, France, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and so on... ( aku dah tengok sampai Egypt je... the rest lom tengok lagi.. save for sunday.. )
