Aku tgk fazer nye wiring diagram, ni emergency stop switch connected from the ignition fuse and from the pick-up coil to the CDi...tapi aku tk tahu if the CDi or pick-up coil yg problem. :confused: most probably ada short-circuit somewhere along the line.

 

Aku rasa aku dah tahu problem ni, aku pun pernah experience.

Bila handle lock je dia stall kan? That means dia nya wiring from ignition is

loose.. Kena tightened the wiring.

so far akunya btw 220-240km aru start to blink.. tak tahu lak ngan yg lain.. full tank tak salah aku 18ltr, ada dlm manual bk

Aku rasa aku dah tahu problem ni, aku pun pernah experience.

maksud ko the whole bunch of wiring yg klua dari ignition tu eh...tapi aku da try pusing2 handle aku sampai nk tercabut.. semua ok je. Aku gi Agent pat paya lebar, jumpa sama mechanic nama Jabar, ni Jabar company antak dia gi jepun blaja, so korang kalo gi agent, gi jumpa sama ni Jabar. Dia kata, aku nye emergency cut-off switch tk rosak, ni benda susah nk rosak, agent pun tkda simpan benda ni dlm stock pasal tk pena rosak so far, tapi kalo the problem arise lagi, means aku nk kena tuka benda tu. So aku nk kena wait and see.

FZ1 carb model or Fi? aku nye carb model, around 288km gitu baru masuk reserve. aku nye tank 21Litre inclusive of 4L reserve.

carburetor (carb) are models from yr 2000 to 2005

 

fuel injection (FI) are models from yr 2006 onwards

For FI in singapore average is 17km(+/-1km) per litre.

Just in case your bike breakdown or you require bike tranportation, you can always give me a ring at 83088741 for towing services. Normal charges apply. Unlike other towing company, we dont use a lorry and expose your bike to the weather elements during the journey.
