anybody knows the best place to park near holland village? i have an attachment there tomorrow, couldnt find any information abt it on the list.

You mean Capital Tower? You can park there, it's on the pay list.

 

if you want free parking, just park at international plaza (sheltered) or bestway (unsheltered)

tried to park at marina sands,went into the carpark and got turned away.. lol, no parking at the casino..

anybody know if parking is available near/at The Arts House?

 

I illegal park outside the house along old parliament lane.

 

can ah? empress place? victoria? no parking? bleahz. :dozed:

 

err...u find out let us know lor... haha

 

i only park during night time...

at the road entrance to Timbre.

the road is usually chained up.

so i just go up the walkway and down

then park there.

 

but i see lots of bikes just anyhow park.

coz at night.. no much vehicles moving there.

how about sentosa? if go sentosa to work where to park? vivo is ex for long hours.

does sentosa allow workers to ride in??

this is a qns that i dont know the ans...

but i guess.. the ans should be no entry to bike...

i hope to see otherwise..

Hi guys. It is great to get this list, thanks a lot for putting it together. But not very handy to use when biking... Anyone wants to create a shared map on Google Maps for this? It's pretty easy to do- instructions at

http://maps.google.com.sg/maps?ui=maps (click on "My Maps" on the left Frame)

 

We could envisage different colours for FOC / OOB / PAYY... And put additional details

 

And then anyone with an Iphone, an Android or a Blackberry can access this map when riding !

 

What do you guys think ?

thanks all! that's where I parked...

I went super early and the path is not fully chained so I rode past timbre till somewhere at the back of Indo Chime.

 

anyway at the entrance of that area, I saw many bikes parking later on...:thumb:

Holland V got lots of alleys to park...foc no worries...can also park at coffee shop beside the mosque dont go inside the barrier carpark stay outside but wanna exit thru the barrier carpark that carpark got 10 mins grace so exit no prob...

can park at raffles hospital. need not go in erp.

but only after 6pm is free.

else is 65cents per entry.

hmm... i do like this idea alot... in fact... i'm working on it currently... have placed some icons with details of places i know that allows for bike parking... using YELLOW balloon for those that are PAYY, BLUE for FOC and VIOLET for OOB

hmm... it's still major work in progress... very slowly making it cos i'm relatively new to the singapore roads.... only got my license in april. so i've only been comfortable going to those few places i'm familiar with. and google maps unfortunately isn't really updated too... cos for example, 313@Sommerset is still known as Specialist Centre. i've made the map public and open to anyone who will wanna edit it but can't figure out how to allow people to do a search... i'm largely referring to this SBF parking guide as well so will require loads of help

is it pay through cashcard or cash? cuz some of my friends say cashcard while some say the attendant ask for cash instead when they are about to leave.

i park there once only..

i gave cashcard and got back a receipt.

no idea but since we are talking about ICA building, i saw that they have installed the EPS system there when i was riding. so i guess it is 65cents.
