Tai Seng Corp at north bridge road might still have them, i remember they organise races few years back.

 

Remembered my first car, A cannonball from the cartoon series Dash Yonkuro, first engine, plasma dash. 1st comp was a funny one, on the same day of the comp, i bought wheel ball bearing which cost around 15+ i think, went into race, 2nd lap my car go out of course and one of my bearing got lost as the wheel came off... if i'm not wrong last time used to be $2 per race....
