hmm...i always like tzr, even though i not riding it. it looks somewhat like rxz but not really like it. anyway, anyone selling 3ma?

time flys pass very fast ..

 

one year ago i created this topic while i m riding tzr but one year later i was riding rxz ..

 

Generation has changed ..

 

tzr somehow cannot keep up with the time ..

 

so i guess in the future maybe tzr will be extinct or become the uncle's motor ..

 

my tzr was sold to a 30+ guy *heard from the motor shop*

 

so i guess this topic maybe will become more n more quiet and empty in the future ..

 

but meanwhile .. TZR riders let's RIDE with the wind ..

anyway if anyone interested in buying a TZR do look for me... i'm selling mine in the classified... damn the buyer he put me aeroplane...my TZR gd condition...call me to view it...hehe

 

btw tzr is a gd budget bike...i can hit 230km before reserve, the reserve is about 30km ....so in total 260km. cheap maintanence 1 bottle of 4t, 1 bottle of 2t and 1 sparkplug.

thx. i did spend sometime on my TZR...when i 1st bought her...she was in a total mess...after a major makeover...she looks much more better now... =)

 

but i need to let her go..cos my new ride can't wait anymore liao...

For my TZR, i am not sure. Full servicing, chg EO, piston, spark plug etc. I need to chg my odometer(spoil). :cheeky: Well... shall see how it goes next month aight. I will tell u guys when i am going coz i want kakis like u guys to tag along.

eh...k i list down the stuffs that i did.

 

1) Change signal lights (the previous owner have bad taste)

2) Sand the whole chassis and respray (hardwork)

3) Patch up scratches on the farring

4) Spray paint the front suspension

5) Did try to spray paint the exhast manifold but it din work well. the paint din stay long

6) Tried chroming the rims too...but failed...thus i let the bikeshop handle the mess keke.

7) Finally...clean and polish weekly....

 

btw anyone live near jurong?

but 1 thing bad about TZR is that...its old not much shop is willing to service old bikes. i did kana rejected by some shops... sad but true...

 

that's y most of the touch-up i DIY...
