hey guys just wondering how u all prolong ur track suit after tracking...

 

i mean by storage, cleaning and airing...

 

what is the average shelf life of a track suit, beside the accident part and wear and tear.

 

buy a Mink oil from any leather goods shop. good to keep ur leather suit from hardening and it keep ur suit soft and comfy to wear.

To enter a race here in BRS or MSS do the suits have to be sanctioned or rather approved?

on suits i get them made here in Jakarta from AHRS iv have been using them for years and the fit and quality is great the the price even better your looking at 715 sinapore dollars for a full custom made to measure suit in your design or replica suit .

I donno if this is the correct thread to write in my query but i hope someone can help me out.

 

I have a suit which is hanging in the mother in law's kitchen for 4 years. Didnt even remember about putting leather cleaner or something to moist it.

 

So now I wonder can the suit still be used if i were to recondition it again?

unfortunately i quit track riding years ago, on my recent trip to italy visited some bike gear outlets (Husqvarna and some italian brand)

the leathers were really cheap but they carry mostly Spyke and Dainese and some Ducati and some Clover

I was tempted to buy yet another leather jacket simply to wear for travels but decided against since i already have 3.

 

Prices are about 20% to 60% cheaper than in SG.

Sizes and models are limited though...

 

those who are going to Italy in future, can make it a point to buy from the outlets.
