Questions about RELOAN..expert pls help

i thought of buying a bike from fellow forumer here..just need to ask..what do i need for reloan?any downpayment or upfront?if yes how much?let say the bike is 3K?and will the reloan from shop will include my new insurance...or i have to go to insurance company myself and fork out cash?

How come no one answer to his HELP bt reloan??

1)If i wanna buy a bike, but the buyer fully paid his installment wat is the cheapest place in town to get a RELOAN for 400CC,

 

2)Can ani one share with me how much is the market rate for Transfer fee of CB400?

 

3) and which are the shop that do laid up? Or does all bike shop do laid up?
