u can clean the part first...

den go to the welding factory.. any one..

or any bikeshops tat do welding..

tell them to put a small sheet of metal to cover over the hole den weld to seal up the hole...

juz go to motorshop ask them to cover wif a metal plate and weld. another alternative seng kwang does a gd job but kinda heavy on ur pockets. jb ah gua lane does at a cheaper price.

dont think i can do it cause metal plate is too thin.

seng kwang recommended leaving it.no harm

 

im gonna shape a thin plate similar to the damage one and paste over then bolt it.

After much soul seachin...

the answer to my problem is under the Quaker Oats tin.

 

 

 

 

 

 

i measured the diamenter of my exhaust and drill holes for the bolts and silencer

 

and bolt on the end to prevent the exhaust lost.

wouldnt it still be leak if it is not welded? or ur main purpose is juz to cover the hole rather than stop the leak?

Yes i may leak but minimal.

intially the exhaust escaped thru the hole and circulate around the exhaust end cap.

 

Now,with the tin (tight fit and sandwiched in between inner plate and end cap) the exhaust will flow back and exit properly.

 

I hope...

Squeeze some hi temp sealant between the plates if you want a better sealing but I think it is good enough even without it.
