Hello,

I'm Endlessloop. Some of you may know me from me and other like-minded volunteers who conduct the Hazard Oriented Visions (HOV) motorcycling safety clinic and workshop.

http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=194551

We are much more than that. We are from the Singapore Motorcycling Chapter. We are a self-help group dedicated to motorcycling safety. Our group promotes, evangelise, educate, train and research on motorcycle safety. We are not a government organisation. We are all volunteers who are doing this to do our very little part to give back to society. But we work with the government such as the Traffic Police and the to-be-established Road Safety Council. We also have our own website http://www.rider.sg.

You might have also seen or heard about our other volunteers' work such as Spectrum, PPlater, S4^Dreamer, The Beast, etc. We each do our little part and together, we can make a giant wheel turn.

We are looking for volunteers who are selfless and looking contribute to the society. We are looking for people to help reach out to more riders and to do more for the motorcycling community.

Here are some roles that we need help on:

1) Evangelists

We would like to reach out and communicate more often with bike groups/communities.

As Liaison officers, you play the important role of being the bridge between motorcycling groups/communities and us. You update the groups/communities of our programs, and advice us on the needs, and also work out collaboration programs.

If you are already part of a motorcycling group/community, you can be the bridge for your group/community. You can also help us to reach out to other groups/communities.

2) Content Contributors

We are looking for people who can help us to research or produce more content related to motorcycling safety.

You can write, draw, use multimedia like video, audio or graphics, or use photography.

You can also help by doing research so we can advance the body of safety knowledge.

If you are interested please PM or email me at [email protected].

You may count me in. Seen a few body bags in my 6 years of commuting to work in a car. One is too many.

Anyone can ride a bike. Being a biker, is a state of mind.

i think one of the best ways to inculcate biker culture is to bring biker fashion to the streets, that would really get ourselves noticed.

I'm thinking such an organisation is crucial for the future of motorcycling safety awareness in Singapore.

Not only workshops/clinics but also a strong online presence as well. Have you been to sites like www.carbible.com?

There are "bibles" for motorcycle safety in the States similar to the presentation of the aforelinked website. Such as this: http://www.msgroup.org/

If your organisation has garnered similar interest in creating crucial and powerful statements like the above website examples do, I am able to assist you in this regard as a freelance writer.
