Hi guys,

As understand, we will need to pay toll-fee at 2nd link at Msian.

As they are using e 'Touch & Go' card.

Need your guys advice if we can pay the toll by cash(RM)?

Thank for all.

where to top up TnG ah?my card's balance is low..how to go in next time?who knows..

thanx in advance..

Easy. Head to any Maybank bank branches or use their ATMs in Singapore to top-up your Touch 'n Go card.

(I think there's a minimum top-up amount. Best to check with them first)

UPDATE: Maybank Singapore has stopped this service. Please get your Touch-n-Go cards topped-up in Malaysia, or at toll booths - only the lanes that are labeled "Tambah Nilai".

EDIT: You may also wanna see this: Wikipedia article on "Touch 'n Go"

Just saw in The new paper today

Motorists to make e-payments at Second Link from 14th Sep onwards..

Say motorists driving to Msia via second link will need to purchase a Touch n Go card from 14th Sep.

so does it apply to bikers too?

Say can buy from these outlets

Taman Perling Toll Plaza from 7.30am to 7.30pm

Gelang Patah RSA (Malaysia bound) from 3pm to 10pm

Esso petrol station at Gelang Patah RSA (Singapore bound) which is open 24hrs

don't know if it is a "must" but the TnG card is really handy to have in Malaysia because you can use it in a number of places...and pass through the toll more quickly.

if driving, get a SmartTaG as that is the best!

i've been using Touch N Go (TnG) card for quite sometime. I find it much easier as i don't have to fiddle so much for ringgits and cents.. tap and go at the bike counter.

i got no idea where to buy as mine is given by a friend.

i have been topping up my TnG card at the either Gelang Patah Northbound and Southbound Petronas.. i think Esso and Shell also can. Petrol stations will charge 50cents per top up though.

Those without the card can borrow from friends first...etc first bike pass...card put on top of the machine...last bike to scan and then take back the card.there's also one staff around there...selling the touch and go card.provided that he/she still have stocks...if not the nearest petrol station got sell....if u r buying a new card..please ask the cashier to top up the card.Last week..i went to GP esso and buy a new card.the card balance is RM0,i spent 10 RM on the card..after that i top up 10 RM...the admin charge is 0.50 rm..so the total balance is 9.50 RM..

For bikes, the right most toll counter can still pay by cash (got counter staff).

On way back then top up at GP Shell loh.

I will be going in on Sunday morning. Is the right most toll counter still opened for cash payment?
