until now i still cant figure out the "thud" sound when downgear.. i tried rear brake method, oso dun help much...

can i know wats your speed wen downgear?

maybe time to change your gearbox....dun forget pgm old liao...i have a pgm4 gearbox with no above symptom if u keen....

turns out the ignition key barrel wiring is the one causing problem.
