Japan Yahoo Auction is ok. I mamaged to get hold complete wire & OEM front seat total cost(inc. tax & shipping) is about $180 Sing ..

 

The guys i sending for CDI repaired is the middle man. He can get any parts in Japan auction.,,Just pay him a small fee..

 

NSR world there is a lot of NSR parts, end can, HRC replica carbon airbox(open port).

Grab them if u can..

 

Nash, for rear shock i advised get Ohlin or rebuild your rear shock at Teck Thye..I think cost ard nearly $300(mine just send).

 

For front, changed into a better spring & re build it...unless u have alot money to spare. U changed for RVF,CBRR600,NX5 etc..but the cost is expensive lah.

 

For rear carbon fender is from moto-works japan......

Anyone played with the handling of pgm 4?im not really power hungry:D..any review tyga forkplugs / heavier rate front fork sping/ aftermarker rear suspension/ Steering Dampers?

 

Did u get Ohlin rear shock & dampers? Dats a very gd step for setting the bike 1st. Suspension is very importance then power ....Dats why i rebuilding the rear shock the follow the front...

Once done & u have a gd handling bike, then done the engine...exhaust, carb, airbox & etc..

Im also learning the NSR as i never race before on the 250 with gd set up. Used to owned MC18 & TZR250 1KT

True Bro, Hoping next year will organise ride trip to JB seafood or Trackday for our NSR group..Hoping to get ALL the NSR owner to go..from 125cc-250cc..(as long their bike stated NSR sure can join)...To have fun & enjoy ride but safety always comes 1st.

ohh, Bike lab said $280 to rebuild rear ones..and front forks with better springs and rebuild $250.nope my handling all stock,need to rebuild one by one now..doing it slowly:)..tell hows teck thyes workman ship too..

Teck Thye workmanship i have no idea, Ah Huat sent it there. So far heard from 1 of NSR Mc28 owner that better then Bikelab...

Afren of mine who used to race back in 98 also send it there & his comment was superb set up..

 

No harm done if u want give a try to Bikelab or Teck Thye...

Rear shock send already. Next mth got cash then do the front.

 

January the will try to do mass order for rear fender. At least we share the shipping cost.

HRc fork spring expensive....Ohlin should have or Hyper pro.
