used diff sizes on my sp rear b4.

90/80, 100/80, 110/70, 120/60, 120/70, 120/80.

generally, the bigger the tyre, the heavier.

but i like 120/70 better than 120/60.

what bike u riding? why u want to change taller tyre?

heard frm a friend it seems the slight increase in diameter does makes much longer lasting rear tyre (of same type n make),is it true?

Thought of changing for my next service. Any diffrence frm yr experience?

currently on Phantom.

maybe u can try it out.

i never look at it that way.

for many people, performance is more important than longetivity.

you can have tire that can last for 4 years or more, but have not got good grip.

just curious how long do you want your tires to last?

what if ur tire can last long, but make ur bike slow, yet prone to skids and eat more fuel?

phantom rear rim is not 17". its smaller

do remember that phantom engine is small, compared to the triumph,

so it might affect performance.

for the nsr150, there is difference in performance between 120/80 and 120/70

such that i need to adjust sprocket ratio to compensate.
