he has the talent for it man... hahah.. anywayI think for my age, having quotations of 21k and above by some unscrupulous salesmen, I think my deal is ok, but that is onli my opinion.. i am not affected by how much cheaper others can get the bike...

the price i got is just walk in price + a bit of bargain. I believe anyone here walk in and bargain will get similar deals too.

 

check with kenny for best deals, even better than Albert Motor's OTR quote.

guys, just watch ur stock tyres (MEZ4 and BT020) and tyre pressure when going to track!

well u dnt have to go that fast.....ride the speed that u r comfortable...

or cruising hv a feel of the bike n track.....

1st 2nd lap sure shiok oredi than go abit faster on the straight lah...:cheeky:

or follow the leader....thats better,learn the race line at a reasonable speed..

If u follow me, u will sure fall asleep. 1 lap I can go fast but if the foot peg touch the ground and the bike shake a bit then the next lap I'll ride so slow like a walk in the park.

 

Anyway I've only been down to the track twice in my whole life. Its a new experience and I now know I've a lot to experiment and learn, and my learning capability is very slow also.

 

I'm sori guys I can't really organise a track day for all. I can't confirm most things until the late min. Even with the holidays next week, I still have to go down to school to finish up work. I'm really trying hard to keep my tuesday free. But only god will know.

 

Anyway, as u guys know, its been raining the last few days, so ride carefully and I've already seen an accident which happened right infront of me. Luckily the rider wasn't badly hurt.

 

Take care. Ride fast but safe.

call to Akrapovic Exhaust SG dealer, the Akrapovic Exhaust Slip-on for FZS600 is S$1440, excluded installation(they dunno how to install, I think:sian: ) So PLEASE, if the original FZ1 is 2k++, I rather buy the Akrapovic Slip-on, 2HP more leh~and lighter 2kg:smile:

Originals are always more expensive than aftermarkets.

The Yoshi slip-on is even cheaper at abt $800 or less i think. and its even street legal. i don't think the original slip-on would be that ex. If u look in ebay, u're sure to find one in good condition at abt a few hundred only.

i was just like u, very scared of the guys on the sportsbikes and the fast corners. but u can hardly go more than 200km/h on the track. even if u make a mistake, the track is wide enough for u to correct the mistake and contiune on. the worst is u'll end up in the sand pit which will absorb ur fall. its better to let the foot peg the ground on the track than on the street. i don't do hard cornering on the street. from personal experience i know one mistake can be too costly. :goodluck:

 

so give it a try and u'll get hooked to the track. :thumb:

Come on..can go there take a look first b4 u make any decisions mah..

I think the track is actually a much safer place for u to learn.

I was like u b4, thinking whether i should go down, scare this scare that lah.

in the end, i tried and its fun!~ And when u come back to Sg, u will find that u have improved greatly in yr everyday riding. Trust me, u will learn a lot for even a single track session.

 

So....join us....come to the dark side....

When u free lah, got gear ar not lah, interested ar not lah etc.....

Then i can start planning on our Fazer's trackday..

Only problem, i dunno how to go....keke..

The dark side.. I have tried a bit of the dark side at BBDC using the night hawk liao.. the other day kanna bump on the rear by a fellow Fazer rider oledi damn F up oledi.. nevermind lah.. I ride slowly one.. everyone ard me laughing at me cos all small bikes just chie me like nothing.. haha.. its not the bike.. its the rider.. hahah
